If you have booked a bus ticket on the wrong route by mistake or your itinerary has been cancelled, you can cancel your ticket.
If you need to cancel your ticket under any circumstances, you can cancel it online from our website.
If you cancel your ticket, the amount paid in your ticket will be refunded to the original payment method within 24 hours of ticket cancellation.
Please note that if you have received a discount on your ticket price through a coupon code, that amount will not be refunded.
